It's an 'Eventful' Life

When she’s not teaching English riding lessons at Bird Haven farm, Dana Sitzman is probably training for her next eventing competition.

Eventing is an equestrian sport that combines dressage, cross-country and show jumping.

But don’t take our word for it. Watch the video below to watch the sport being performed by Nicole Jones-Taylor, the daughter of Dana’s instructor, Carol Jones. Nicole has won numerous awards, including the USEA Young/Junior Rider of the Year (2005, 2007, and 2008) and she has qualified for and placed at American Eventing Championships three times.
