1937 John Deere Model A restored by Clyde Higeons and his son Tim, both of Claremore, Oklahoma. “My father, Edgar, purchased this tractor in 1946 after returning from the service,” Clyde says. “The family used it until 1975. After 800 hours of labor and love, we presented it to my father in 2010. It was one of the few times I’ve seen tears of joy in his eyes.”

1952 Minneapolis-Moline U restored by Dave Preston, Kenney, Illinois. “My dad farmed with Minneapolis-Molines, so I’ve always had a soft spot for them,” Dave says. “This one belonged to a guy who never got around to restoring it. I rebuilt the carb and had the gas tank boiled out, and it runs great. The tin was straight but rusty. I tried rust stabilizer on the worst spots, and was amazed at how well it worked. I sanded the rest and it painted up real nice.”
